The breakfast and dinner were delicious and included in the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa area and indoor pool were excellent.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from the cable car station, making it super convenient for skiing. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options to choose from.
The room seemed a bit cramped, which made it a bit difficult to move around, especially with luggage. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in some parts of the hotel, which made it challenging to work efficiently.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, located immediately adjacent to the base station of the cable car and only a short walk from the ski station. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided a tasty variety each day.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, being right at the last stop before the mountain lifts, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was incredibly comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. We were also blown away by the beautiful swimming pool area, which was available all day long and included an infra cabin and a tea & vitamin bar. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This location is perfect for anyone who loves to ski or hike in the mountains. the hotel is very close to the ski station and is in the center of the area. there is a cable car station immediately adjacent to the hotel, providing easy access to the nearby mountain peaks.
There were complaints about the food. Reviewers noted that the buffet selection at breakfast was limited and inconsistent.
